TrueStride

Fast bowling is one of the hardest things a body is asked to do, and injuries often arrive without warning. TrueStride explores how coaches might see load building before it becomes damage.

Concept

The problem

Bowling loads the back, hips and legs repeatedly and at speed. Coaches track overs bowled, but overs are a blunt measure of what a body has actually absorbed.

Young bowlers in academies and schools often have no data at all.

Who it is for

— Coaches and physiotherapists.

— Academies and school programmes.

— Bowlers who want to last.

Our approach

We are exploring simple, usable workload insight: something a coach can read in seconds and act on, not a lab report. This is an early concept, shaped with sport scientists and coaches.
